Good engineering starts with showing up prepared and following through with care, and that is exactly the standard Chad holds himself to. As an Intern at Reaveley Engineers, Chad brings reliability and a genuine enthusiasm for applying what he has learned to real-world challenges.
Chad's path to engineering has a bit of a origin story. He came in with an eye toward architecture, but found his footing in engineering once he got to college and never looked back. He is drawn to design projects where classroom learning meets practical application, the kind of work where you can see the direct connection between what you studied and what you are actually building. He also arrived at college with a head start, having been one of only two students in his high school to earn an associate's degree before graduating.
Outside of work, Chad is a self-described sports fan with clear loyalties. You will find him on the golf course, spending time with family or watching the Cincinnati Reds.
