The Mountainland Technical College Historic Provo Extension Campus Phase I Adaptive Reuse project converted the former Provo Courthouse into a state-of-the-art technical education campus. The four-story structure was reimagined to accommodate classrooms, laboratories, training spaces, and campus operations, revitalizing a historic downtown facility for contemporary educational use.

Originally serving as the Utah Fourth District Court building, the structure was adapted to serve new educational purposes while preserving its historic significance. The project involved phased renovations and infrastructure upgrades to meet modern instructional needs, all while honoring the character and value of the original courthouse.
